Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details so we can fulfil and support your purchase.

Contact information. If you join our newsletter or write to us, we keep your email address and correspondence.

Usage information. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data (such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location) to keep the site running and understand how it is used.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer care, send transactional emails about your purchase, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about new products. We never sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card details are processed directly by them and are never stored on our systems. Where a demonstration checkout is in place, no payment is taken and order details are not transmitted to any payment provider.

We share personal data only with the parties who help us run the store: our delivery partners, our payment provider, and our hosting and email services. Each is bound to process your data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Some of our service providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent protections.

We keep order records for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
