Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@aurelle.co.uk.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment taken in full.

Please check your details carefully before completing an order. It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is complimentary on UK orders over £50; a £5 charge applies below that threshold. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Where a demonstration checkout is in place, no payment is taken and no contract for sale is formed.

We deliver to UK addresses. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order is late or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind about a purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To qualify, products must be unopened and in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare items unless faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Anything faulty or not as described can be returned regardless of packaging, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We describe our products as carefully as we can, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs. Every skin is different: please read the ingredient list on each product page and patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetic; nothing on this site is medical advice.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at scale, or reselling products purchased as a consumer. All text, imagery, and design on this site belong to Aurelle Skincare Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by consumers, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it.
